To begin, we will establish an account for you with a limit on the maximum amount you can withdraw at any given time. When you need to access funds, simply email us an invoice that requires your customer repayment within the next 90 days, and we will transfer funds to your bank account immediately.
How do you establish my funding limit?
The value of the property you are offering as collateral, as well as the amount of current debt against it, if any, will determine our calculation. We can provide this information to you early on in the process.
Being confidential, is this expensive?
